  • “Products” are items offered for sale on our site (e.g. office chairs).

3. Orders & Acceptance

3.1 Order placement

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products.

3.2 Order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.3 Acceptance & contract formation

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, only when we dispatch the Products.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice.

4.2 Payment methods

We offer payment via available payment gateways (e.g. Payfast). You must pay for your Order in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Payment failure

If payment fails, we may cancel the order or withhold dispatch until payment is resolved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping methods & costs

We deliver via our preferred courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and you are responsible for them unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Delivery time

We aim to dispatch within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Risk & title

Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Ownership / title transfers only once we have received full payment.

7. Warranties & Liability

7.1 Warranty

We warrant that Products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the product listing (if any).

To the extent permitted by law, Redline Office Chairs will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of the Products or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Redline Office Chairs. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.
