Return Policy

Redline Office Chairs cc offers a 7 day return policy on Stock Items. We do not accept returns of chairs which are custom-made unless they do not operate as advertised or are not inline with the sales agreement. We accept returns of products which are delivered damaged and defective at no cost.

Returns are made instore unless arranged otherwise by one of our staff members. We do allow for exchanges provided that exchangeable chairs are from the same product line.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made within 2 days upon receipt of the returned chair. If there are any damages to the chair while in the customers possession, an investigation will look into the liability of the claim before initiating a refund.

Scope of Return & Refund Policy

This refund and return policy applies to STOCK CHAIRS. Custom-Made Chairs cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged or defective in any way, or unless they do not operate as advertised, or are not inline with the sales agreement agreed upon when placing your order.
