Return Policy

Overview
Redline Office Chairs offers a 5 working day return and refund policy. Should you wish to return a product, the chair/s would need to be returned to our offices in Edenvale, Johannesburg. Alternatively, we would collect the chair from the delivery location at a fee depending on where you are situated.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned chair in order, a refund would be issued within 48 hours. Refunds are only applicable where chairs are delivered damaged, defective or do not operate as advertised. Our showroom in Johannesburg is open to the public allowing customers to view and test drive our chairs prior to purchase.
