I would like to commend Petunia for the exceptional service she rendered to us at Inspire Rentals.

Sharon, our sales consultant, assisted in sourcing specific chairs required by Telkom in Cape Town and engaged with Red Line Office Chairs. From the outset, Petunia was quick, efficient, and highly professional in providing the quotation.

Upon collection, a few Telkom stores experienced an issue—the lever to lower the chair height did not adjust sufficiently to fit under their desks. My client contacted me, and I was unsure what solution could be provided. She even sent a video demonstration, clearly explaining how simple the process would be.

Despite the dispute regarding the chairs, Petunia handled the matter with grace, urgency, and impeccable customer service. She resolved the issue promptly and politely, ensuring our client remained satisfied.

Please note that orders are only processed once full payment has been received. We do not extend 30-day accounts or accept partial payments such as 50% deposits.

Once your payment has cleared in full, we will begin processing your order immediately and provide the buyer with a Tax Invoice and Order Confirmation.
